Our office is centrally-located at 1202 Princess Ave, downtown Brandon. Parking is convenient and our building has been recently renovated to provide our patients with comfort and leading-edge dental technology!
All patient visits begin with the hygiene department so that all aspects of dental health can be assessed. Dr. Smith will ask for certain xrays and study model impressions to complete his examination and both of our qualified dental hygienists will do an in-detail analysis of all soft tissues for prevention and treatment.
Payment policy
Payment is expected after each appointment. We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Debit, personel cheques, and cash.
Dental insurance
We will print a computer-generated copy of your treatment. This form will be stamped and provided for you so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance carrier. Due to recent changes in the Canadian Privacy Act, we are unable to communicate directly with your insurance company. We will, on your behalf, computer-generate insurance forms so that pre-authorization can be sent for major treatment. Princess Dental cannot be responsible for what your dental insurance provider pays. The Privacy Act has made it clear that that information is between you and your carrier. All of our treatments are charged according to Manitoba Dental Assocation fee guidelines.
